How can I check the status of my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipping confirmation email, as well as a tracking number . Use this number on our logistics partner's website https://parcelsapp.com/fr/ to track your package. Please note that there may be a 24-hour delay between receiving your email and your order tracking being updated.

Can I return my order and get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Yes . If you are not satisfied with your items or have simply changed your mind, simply return the item to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase . In this case, no proof will be required.
