How can I check the status of my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipping confirmation email, as well as a tracking number . Can I return my order and get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Yes . If you are not satisfied with your items or have simply changed your mind, simply return the item to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase . In this case, no proof will be required.

Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that it is imperative to follow our return policy (available at the bottom of this page) for your request to be properly processed.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours using the same payment method you used to place your initial order.
