Your luxury stroller is carefully protected and packed in its sealed cardboard box before being shipped to you.
We deliver the parcel(s) to your door on average in 5 to 7 working days in Europe.
Delivery is tracked, secure and free to all exceptional parents who choose to trust us by ordering from our store.

For maximum satisfaction, our products are shipped in 100% of cases from Europe (Germany, Belgium and Spain).
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

As a result, the stroller (and any additional accessories you have selected) arrive at your doorstep without any delivery costs .

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?
Yes .
If you are not satisfied with your items, have simply changed your mind, or for any other reason, simply return the item to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase.
No proof will be requested from you. However, to allow us to work on any shortcomings concerning our products and services, do not hesitate to send us the reason for your return. Our store strives to provide excellent service , and this is only possible with your constructive criticism .
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that it is imperative to follow our return policy for your request to be properly processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR FAULTY PARTS?
The high-end strollers and other childcare accessories that we sell are subject to extreme requirements and controls.
Our packages are perfectly packaged and protected, for optimal delivery and in the best conditions.
If, despite everything, you notice the slightest anomaly on one of our equipment upon delivery or during the 2-year warranty period on our strollers, please contact us without delay via our contact page.
Our after-sales service will immediately take care of your problem with a view to replacing the faulty parts or a standard exchange of said equipment, without any additional cost on your part.
NB: to better process your request, please send us your first/last name, your order number and a photo of the damaged item as an attachment.
INCOMPLETE ORDER?
Parents07.fr has successfully established itself internationally and we ship our childcare equipment all over the world. To do this, we have several storage warehouses based in France, Belgium, Spain, Poland and Germany.
Therefore, and for logistical reasons, if you have ordered a stroller, a deckchair and a high chair, it is not impossible that we ship the three pieces of equipment from several different warehouses depending on our stock.
Whatever the case and no matter how many items you have ordered for your offspring, we guarantee delivery within 7 working days.
If in an exceptional case, you notice a missing accessory when assembling your equipment, contact us immediately at contact@parents07.fr so that we can resolve this incident as quickly as possible.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
